1. Booking and Payments
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour start date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure are eligible for a full refund (minus admin fees). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable due to pre-booked local logistics.
3. Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation.
